We don’t like it when you need a degree in Advanced Physics to understand the fabrics that you’re gonna be wearing. At the end of the day, if it works, that’s good enough. You don’t need to know how. We are not trying to convince you to part with even more of your hard earned cash all so your jacket would be able to cope with the temperature on Mars. Save the dough for the hills.

We reckon that all you want is to be safe in the knowledge that if a fabric says it’s waterproof, it’s gonna keep the rain of when you’re biking or running. If a fabric says it’s breathable it’s not gonna leave you feeling like a sweat box and if it’s quick drying, it’s not gonna have you looking like a sweaty pitted geography teacher!!

Coolweave

QuickDry

Dare2b Quick Dry fabric is cool and light to wear.

The polyamide yarns retains minimum water so it is quick drying and easy to care for.

The fabric is also crease resistant.

Comfort Control

Comfort Control fabrics are advanced synthetic blends, which offer superb comfort and performance when worn next to the skin.

• Quick drying - synthetic fibres retain minimum water and are quick to dry.
• Moisture wicking - transfers moisture vapour away from the skin keeping you comfortable and dry when active

Coolmax

Consumers who demand enhanced performance from their apparel for their active lifestyles will find that Coolmax® keeps them cooler than other fabrics.

Coolmax® moves perspiration away from the body to the fabric's outer surface, where it can evaporate quickly. This thermoregulatory effect helps consumers stay drier and more comfortable.

Windguard

Windguard is Dare2b’s breathable and wind resistant fleece fabric. Windguard provides protection in cold and windy outdoor conditions to help keep the user warm and comfortable.

During active use Windguard allows moisture to transfer from the skin through the breathable wind resistant membrane to keep the wearer cool.

Softshell

Dare2b Softshell garments offer a new approach to traditional outdoor layering systems.

Softshell garments are best suited for high energy activities when lightweight gear is an advantage.

Hydrafort

Hydrafort fabric is both waterproof and windproof, providing reliable protection from the elements in the outdoors.

Hydrafort fabric is independently tested to ensure it exceeds BS3424 for waterproofness.

Isotex

Isotex Waterproof, Windproof, Breathable fabric

Isotex fabric is waterproof, breathable and wind resistant with a WR fabric treatment to help water run off. All critical jacket seams are taped for protection from the elements.

Isolite 15000 XPT

Waterproof, breathable and windproof fabric. X-treme Performance Technology (XPT) fabrics offer increased levels of breathability being 30% more breathable than standard Isolite fabrics.
Innovative membrane technology stops the need for bulky, weighty linings. Ideal for hi- energy outdoor activities where reduced weight and pack size are critical.

• Isolite 15000 XPT offers a barrier against water droplets to protect you from the elements
• Highly permeable to water vapour allowing perspiration to escape more effectively to keep you dry and comfortable

Atl

Atl Durable Water Repellency Advanced Technology Layer

Atl DWR provides:

• Enhanced water repellency - rain water rolls off the surface of the garment
• Stain resistance - spills and dirt wipe away more easily
